มูลนิธิดับเบิ้ลยูดีรักษ์ไทย ร่วมกับ บริษัท เวสเทิร์นดิจิตอล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จัดโครงการผ้าห่มต้านภัยหนาว โดย เมื่อวันที่ 18-19 ธันวาคม 2552 ที่ผ่านมา นำผ้าห่มไปมอบให้จำนวน 1,500 ผืน มอบให้ในพื้น 3 อำเภอ ในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ประกอบไปด้วย อำเภอสหัสขันธ์ อำเภอคำม่วง และอำเภอสามชัย มีคุณเพิ่มศักดิ์ เหลืองไพฑูล ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เป็นผู้แทนมอบ ผ้าห่มต้านภัยหนาวทั้ง 3 อำเภอ และเมื่อวันที่ 25-26 ธันวาคม 2552 ที่ผ่านมา ได้นำผ้าห่มจำนวน 3,000 ผืน ไปมอบให้กับพี่น้องชาว ตำบลบ่อเกลือ จังหวัดน่าน ทั้งนี้ยังได้นำสิ่งของบรรเทา ความหนาวเย็นที่ทางเพื่อนพนักงาน WD นำไป มอบให้กับชาวบ้านด้วย ทางมูลนิธินำโดยคุณสมนึก วิรุฬห์พงศ์ ประธานมูลนิธิดับเบิ้ลยูดีรักษ์ไทย ขอขอบพระคุณเพื่อนพนักงานทุกท่านที่ ให้การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมของมูลนิธิเป็นอย่างดี และหวังว่าจะได้รับการสนับสนุนใน กิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่มูลนิธิได้จัดขึ้นต่อไปขอขอบคุณ บริษัทต่างๆ ที่ให้การสนับสนุนความอบอุ่นนี้ร่วมกันไม่ว่า จะเป็น บริษัท Agility บริษัทชลอการท่องเที่ยว บริษัทพรเทพมหาศาล และผู้ร่วมเดินทางทุกท่าน

The Earth is not a place to be taken lightly. It is a place of complexity and must be put under a close and observed eye because it need to be understood in all aspects by means of life, nature, and spirit. The Native Americans are sure to constantly take pride ion all they set out to do in life. This is a positive way of thinking and can be put into contrast to the American view of all life forms. American take things for granted and are ususally never satisfied. This can be assumed to be a problem for society and a way to overcome this could be bettered through the help of the Native Americans. The Native Americans have many beneficial outlooks on life that can only do americans good. By taking in this information from the Native Americans Americans can only live out a life of increasing successs through the positive feedback that the earth gives them.
